If you are looking for some diet that will be easy to follow and very useful, then this book is for you. This cookbook includes 250 tasty recipes for 30 days whole food challenge. There are breakfast recipes, main dishes, side dishes, snacks and appetizers, lunch recipes. All these recipes are easy to follow and very detailed. After reading this book, I have got new skills and my favorites recipes. I got not only fresh ideas but also new technologies and inspiration. Now I know how "Whole Food" works. I liked this book and I'm glad to have it on my Kindle to use when I need it. I recommend this book for those who want to be fit and healthy.

Mashed cauliflower with garlic is a must, although I took the bacon out of the recipe; you should know that bacon is bad for your health, as well as pork and seafood. Mostly thanks to the variety of recipes (and there are two and a half hundred of them) there's something in here for everybody, picky and with restrictions alike. You can change the recipes to your liking or follow the instructions carefully, the result will be at least satisfying if not to say more. Very precise instructions and I really appreciate the fact that the ingredients are mostly easy-to-find. You don't have to go on a shopping frenzy merely to prepare a family dinner. This is the cookbook I will definitely enjoy.
